At PawsAbilities, every product tells a story of purpose and possibility. Our students - young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, gain real job skills and confidence by creating every part of what we sell. They cut, bake, frost and decorate our dog treats, craft our toys and sew our bandanas, package and label each item, manage SKUs and proudly sell their work at our Olathe storefront and community pop-ups.

The skills they learn in our kitchen and workshop become stepping stones to meaningful employment. Based on each students strengths and interests, we help them secure jobs in the community, provide transportation and offer on-site job coaching so they can thrive in workplaces across Kansas City.
